IN MEMORY -Member of the US Air Force for 28 years, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant;  he obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Contract Management from Webster College in St. Louis, Mo.  Strande spent about half of his service time in Europe. Jim passed away January 7, 2021
